My name is Charlene and I
am the owner and operator of
“Let Me Cake Your Day.” I have an Associate degree in Culinary Arts and have worked in the catering business for the past 20 years. Recently, I decided to try my hand at cake decorating and
I must say, I love it. The most rewarding part for me is seeing the expression on a patron’s face when they see their cake!

"Let Me Cake Your Day" is a home-based business licensed
by the N.C Department of Agriculture.

I specialize in special order gourmet cakes and cupcakes.
All of my products are made  with quality ingredients. My daughter suffers with Celiac disease and cannot digest gluten; therefore, I make gluten free products that actually taste good!

I also specialize in vegan cakes and pastries. 

I offer special flavors for
